Rubik's Cube. . . are involved.  Are invested.  The best leaders are THERE.  It's one thing to put people together, call them a team, and then check in every now and then; it's something else to actual lead them.  You probably got to a position of leadership because you earned it, right?  You have abilities that help to make things happen, yes?  Great!  Give your team the benefit of those abilities.  Down the line they may be able to carry it forward just fine on their own, but to really make great things happen at first get yourself in the game.
